Today we received a shipment of slow cooked ribs and extra goodies from a famous Memphis restaurant. The food was really good, although its still odd to think we ate ribs that were cooked in Memphis yesterday and arrived today (frozen). Just 30 minutes in the oven once the ribs were thawed out and we had a feast.
