We are big fans of broccoli in our home. Pecans too. So when I saw a recipe for pecan crusted chicken and broccoli farfalle in the Seattle Times I immediately printed it out. Not much work here besides smashing the pecans... I recommend putting them in a sealed ziploc bag and whacking them with a rolling pin, bottom of a can or jar.
This was a very tasty meal. The chicken has an unexpected flavor due to the pecans and the farfalle pasta was light and a perfect match. For the recipe, click here!
